• 7oz of cooked salad shrimp ( I used the pre-cooked,frozen kind. A full pound frozen only made 7 oz thawed so be sure to weigh it so that you are getting enough protein.)
• 1cup of low fat cottage cheese
• 1 cup diced celery or about 3 1⁄2 oz
• 4 Tbsps Newman’s Own Light Seasame Ginger Salad Dressing
• 4 cups of lettuce–divided
Mix the thawed shrimp with cottage cheese, celery and dressing. Top a bed of lettuce and enjoy.
