- 4 Romane lettuce leaves
- 4 oz of cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup non fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup mushrooms, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground tarragon
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the lettuce leaves. Toss well and serve in lettuce leaves.
